We submitted our medicals and additional documents in August its been almost 3 months and noppr request. We are planning to email them our visa office is London kindly tell the email and please guide me what I should write in email. Its family case

Have you guys paid the Right of permanent residency fees yet (for principle applicant and Spouse of principle applicant) idk how many people are in your case.
We had a similar situation medical was done in march 2015 and additional documents were sent end of may 2015. Wasn't getting any response so i decided to contact my local mp last month and they told us everything was clear in our case we just hadn't paid the fees for my mother ( we had thought only principle applicant has to pay the right of residency fees) so as soon as we paid them we emailed them with receipt and also mail them a copy and last week status has changed to decision made.. waiting for PPR request. So my suggestion would be contact your local mp cause personally it helped me otherwise we wouldn't have known we had outstanding fees left with them.

How much time did it take them to update online records for medical , in my parents case it was 3 months to update online status for medical received.

Have you paid Right of permanent residency fees for applicants and if that is the case please send an email to london visa office about the status update on your application.

Right of Permanent Resident Fee (RPRF):
The principal applicant and accompanying spouse/common law partner must pay this fee at any time before their Canada Immigation Visa is issued. At this time, the Right of Permanent Resident Fee is set at CAD 490. The Right of Permanent Resident Fee is fully refundable if for any reason the principal applicant or accompanying spouse/common law partner do not land in Canada as permanent residents.

Usually you receive a request from LDN office to pay this fees,

you can send them email asking for status update on your application as you have not heard any thing from them from last 3 months.

So my ECAS still says "IP", but le wife got her PPR via email on Friday the 13th.
The email notification did not pop up on her phone (as others did in the past), so she saw it today when she checked.

This is just to put some people at ease that there isn't a strict time line for DM > PPR and Visa.
:D be patient, don't freakout, but keep on top of the application and hopefully you will get yours soon.
