Wait for the letter and according to the decision try to re apeal and send some supporting documents if u feel u can prov more to strengthen ur case!!!

yes I received letter yesterday night by paying Rs.1365/- to TCS just to receive some original documents and refusal letter. Same reason of insufficient NOC duties for IT manager .

Have you gathered information how to reappeal. How many days to reappeal. and can we provide additional documents. I am not asking for judicial review as it is not affordable for me.
Please provide detail which you have gathered for appeal.

sorry, my dear brother.

Brother,

Sorry to hear about your refusal. So I am next my rejection letter is on the way but why they take 2 years for just two word "Decision made".

I have the strange situation here. My E-CAS has processing date of 15th Feb 2012. But after 2.5 months of processing date my E-CAS status changed to Decision Made. Anyone faced this situation before. Is it really rejection or system glitch.

That's really strange. I don't think anyone else has faced such a situation. Did you order CAIPS ever after the processing date? If yes then did anything look fishy as in IELTS scores or some verification failure.

It seems that Visa office is getting rid of back log application very fast. Rejections were also being done earlier but not at this great ratio. This increased ratio is very disappointing and alarming. Why they are send refusing and refunding all fees instead of request for updated documents?

It is far better to look at your experience certificate that how you could fight for not sufficient NOC duties.
It is better to prepare yourself rather than wasting time in despair.

Simply order for CAIPS notes or wait for the letter you will get in few days.. and if you feel the decision is Unfair then you can send them the reconsideration letter with additional documents like experience certificate or any course you did additionally which can enhance your experience..... just do it when you get your letter and stay calm and leave on GOD... now a days lot of decision made without any certain reason they are just clearing backlogs....... mostly people get comment of Non-Matching Job Duties!!!!!!

Regards

I did not order CAIPS after getting processing date. Well i sent CSI after getting DM status. Lets see whats the outcome. It does not make any sence of DM status after such along time.

Hi,

After DM status, herat is just bleeding, but this is life and have to go on....although its total unfair by LVO to reject applicants on lame excuses....

I just have couple of questions:

1. Which Courier Service is being used by London VO for returning the Documents in Abu Dhabi / Dubai?
2. Will they return the whole package or only the originals?
3. Will they return my experience letters (employer reference letters) as I sent them the originals and I had only 1 copy. It will be hell to get a new copy from all my employers again?

Please advise.

Thanks

Dear Friends,

I would like to follow up what does this decision made without medical means? I received this notice from my E-CAS last March 8,2012. I send specific inquiry to the London's office. Until now there has been no reply or update. I am worried if this is a negative sign for my application.
Thanks.
