NOC mismatch even that I am working as an accountant since 1999 in Saudi Arabia and still working in the same company.
have you any idea what should I do?

This is the most common reason which they are presenting.
Here you have one option. If you are truly fulfilling requirements but you were unable to represent this in your experience certificate then you can get a more elaborated experience certificate and sent it to Visa office. Try to get a reason why they felt that you are not fulfilling and then present genuine relative proof.
Many have already done. If you are true then you will win. Visa office is not cruel. They only want solid proof.Provide it to them and you will win.

Dear Haddad,

Did VO gave some time like 30 days to appeal? If some time is mentioned then when these days will start from
either from letter sent date mentioned in Decision made or from receiving date.

Secondly did VO mentioned about refund of application fee.

my consultent give my refusal letter after a month can i sent my appeal in CHC.. is this 30days time or 60 days time.. we have sufficient exp letter i don't know why they said not sufficient can i send my attested letter to appeal them???? already 35 days gone.. because of my crook consultant!!!!

thanks deba but on judicial review it willl be 4000$ and u know now in my mind i wil ty my exp letter to send to visa office... Otherwise I have a plan for applying on international student ..... because spending 4000 $ when u are not sure what will happen is useless and I am a professional graduate.. i always wanted to do masters in ma field from Canada..... so i feel much better if i apply as an internation student but i finish my course 10 years back but can show my proof of jobs....!!!!

What exactly was written in the refusal letter. Is it regarding duties mismatch or something about numbers mean less than 67?

Is there any appeal procedure mentioned. Secondly Is there time period mentioned in letter. thirdly is any refund mentioned.

May I ask who is your consultant. I hope it's not Premiers. My status is also decision made and my consultant said that they are still waiting for communication from CHC/London.

This is the right option. Please be assured that if you are true then you will win Inshallah. Only you need persistence and sufficient proof for your claim.

Be assured that you will win if you have genuine experience and worked persistently to prove it. Canada really needs immigrants but only skilled workers.

there is also one good news which is refund of application fee which is a good amount. This thing also proves that Canadians are fair in their dealings. They will definitely honor your fair proof. Technically the experience of new job will not count. You should focus on experience certificates of sent jobs. You can more elaborated experience letters from old employers by explaining your requirements.

Yes Rizwan we are working in dubai and here there are authentic proofs are geniun paper work i could not understand why they did it.. the only thing is this I know 60 days 2 appeal someone says 30 i am confus about it but anyhow i wana do this......
