Which country? How did you show ties to home country? How funds did you show ?

We just used employment verification letter to show home ties to the country.
To show her funds we used her bank statements and paystubs.

I applied for my mother's visa on Dec 24. Eligibility completed today on Jan 1st.

you should get the passport submission request in a day or two.

Does eligibility means a positive sign ? After how many days of complete eligibility step you get the passport request for your sis

Yes it is! The next day after the eligibilty was completed.

My eligibility completed on December 9. Still waiting. I think it varies case to case.

Applied on Dec 1st. On Tracker Eligibility shows completed and BG in progress. Tracker last updated on Dec 19nth.
