I posted in the other December thread, but I thought I'd post it here too. I got my PPR on Friday, so maybe things are moving for the US applicants.

Now I have to figure out all of this photo nonsense. Apparently you can't just go to Walgreens or CVS like for passport photos, since the sizing is off. CIC requires that the photographs be taken by a "commercial photographer"- they're aren't that many of those left around.

Still, its a good problem to have!

Walgreens have a software right there in the computer accessible to customers.

Just go with ur phone
Use that screen n ask ur friend to click
Put the photo in that computer
Select Canada and 50*70mm size
Print photo and pay for it...

Humans there dont know anything and they use cheap $29 digital camera anyways.

Yes, it's a good problem to have.

Looks like it is 2 month's wait for medicals to clear! December 6th AOR got their medicals cleared yesterday.

We have one lucky person - December 2nd AOR and she has PPR already! Please share US1876 what u dud differently!

I am on 61st day today. I applied close to 7th midnight but the AOR letter came with Dec 8th date

Obviously medical passed - just out of excitement, he forgot to mention it!

Is it possible?

If it is, is there an email ID for them?

There's a processing center in Sydney, so no reason it couldn't be there if they told you so?

I am getting very scared on how it is going to go in future.

Call CIC or order your notes. Though I'm thinking you're unlikely to learn anything from either source at this stage.
