Acknowledgement received:18th April, 2016
Checked status on 22nd August : "pending review by an Investigator Analyst".
Received mail for Addition Documents from Investigator Analyst : 28th Sept, 2016. (15 day deadline)
Documents sent on: 04th Oct, 2016 (via email)
Received call from Investigator Analyst for verifying some details in my documents : 07th Oct, 2016 (lasted 20 mins)

NOMINATION RECEIVED on CIC account : 20th Oct, 2016

I really want to email the documents asap. Only thing is this "You scan/attach the documents and reply to this email. If submitting via email, please ensure documents are compiled into one PDF document." I want to understand that if I get them scanned how the division of the documents required will show. Otherwise, I would have attached all documents one by one long time back. I am more concerned about presentation here. So that it doesnt get misconstrued by OINP rep.

I attached my files (past ten year record of wirk n salary proofs), created a table in email stating document names and number of pages it contains...hope it helps

Hey bestofluck,

Are you implying that those of us who got application referred to senior officer/decision phase are referred because there is a discrepancy in the application preventing a straight nomination after additional docs?

Yes. Eventually all will get nomination but those who get message file moved to decision phase is direct nomination and they are given immidiately after they recd add docs. But if they refer to senior officer it will be rechecked and decision will be taken by senior officers after going through LOE and other docs. This is only because Investigator has no right to nominate if his checklist is not complete and he has to refer . So it takes more time. Status will show file not finalised or sent to senior officer for decision. This is my observation but all will get nomination.
