I just spoke to the nice guy from Ontario and he said my application has been approved but they are sending information by post. Has anyone had this before? I am little puzzled.

But why are they sending by post? Is it for the nomination certificate?
Are you CEC/FSW inland applicant?
Please share your time line.

Congrats, Dan. What number did you reach them at? I tried calling them, however the system was asking a 10 digit some kind of extension number.

Not working, still asking for a 10 digit number

There's high possibility, applications which have minimal LoE's (meaning all exp. letters on proper company letter heads, clear PoFs and so on) are getting processed faster

first press 1 then 3 then 0

if still redirects to voicemail, try later.

416-327-0374 dial number then 1 then 0 takes you through. No idea why they are sending something by mail hope its not getting returned :-[ I am Outland FSW

I just called and the man said the application is in the 2nd stage (analyst) and after that there's only decision phase which is not a stage per se.

He also suggested that it's still 2 months until my profile expires and that's ample time to have a decision so unlikely the need to create a new one. he also said if I heard nothing for 2 weeks I should call back.

May be that could be the reason for faster processing, but may be not.
Anyone with correct documentation has already got AOR. Everybody (except one or two cases) have at least got an ECA verification mail, if not PoF/Company pay stubs/new reference letters.

There is something that we all are missing and that only OINP knows. Why there is delay to some applications, but not to others? Many people were asked lots of documentation in the add doc request, but still got nomination way earlier than many others who have been waiting for so long. There are also other set of people, who just got ECA verification as add doc request, but still did not get their nomination.

How OINP is works is way beyond our imagination. Either they are super smart guys or they have messed it all.

This is really good news. 2 weeks time means that there are high chances that you will get your nomination before the next draw.
Congrats buddy.

Hope that could have been the case to me and many others.
I have not got any reply to my mails till date. Maybe I will just mail them again next week.

I wouldn't jump to such conclusion so fast, after all he is just the operator with no visibility like a case officer.. he was just trying to end the discussion for now courteously since has nothing more to add.

I don't think that your application is getting returned.
You must have got your AOR by now, right?

Well, the operators are OINP's interface to the public so these operators will have at least some basic visibility of what's going on. If they said 2 weeks, then you should expect addl. doc email or a call within next 7 days.
