Hello all,

First of all congratulations to all who have got nomination and waiting for an ITA.

I was just wondering that since OINP has stopped sending PT and they are just working on the application they have received. We know that December is not much far now and they don't work in December and January so I was just wondering that will they clear the applications and send nomination in these months or they will go in complete hibernation mode.

Hope I get some replies from you guys.

No one can answer this. We just hope they complete as many nomination they can before Christmas. Kepp tracking OINP updates. They will definitely put sonethong there.

That's true but I am sure most people have paused all other activities like getting married if they are single or if they are married they might not be thinking to have kid at this time because the application is pending with OINP

Hey, I can understand what you are going through. Even in my case lot of plans are on hold because of this nomination from OINP. We can do nothing but to wait and hope for the best. Looks like they are working on each month files simulataneously as one March FSW outland got additional document request.

I think this was applicable only for the last year as they were working to get the Syrian Refugee situation.
On a side note, I think that applicants pending from Oct, Nov, all of Dec and will get Nominations in November.

Hello Guys!
I have a problem. Last Thursday I received the additional document request from Ontario. Today I received the bank statements from my bank (for more than 6 months they need 3 to 5 days to send the statements), and I sent my document to be translated into English which will take 10 business days. This is more than the 15 calendar days they are requesting. What should I do? Is there anyone with the same problem?

I've run into the same issue, but instead i checked with Ontario, and they said if the numbers of the bank statement are English numbers, the bank only needs to write your full name in English and stamp & sign on it, and add the currency of the account in English (i.e. US DOLLAR) and stamp and sign on it.

This is how i provided my bank statements first time, and for additional docs.

also, you can simply ask the bank to provide a letter stating that the usual procedure is 3-4 days.
Add an explanation letter of your own stating the above as the reason of the delay.
I don't think they'll have any issues just because of a delay of saty 1-2 weeks.
