i never received any emails of my file moving from one phase to another. Just a AOR email. then a call for sending renewed IELTS and WP. then an email notifying i got email from CIC. checked the CIC profile requesting to accept nomination.

Thats because you are in CANADA. they send Decision phase email to FSW outland normally. may be now they have started avoiding such mails.

NOC has nothing to do with nomination. This is just an forum belief. just wait for doc req.

They paused sending PT NOI from FEb 16. They gave 45 days to apply so accepted application till 1st April.
