Finally got through to a well mannered officer after many phone call attempts.
He confirmed that my file was still with an investigator analyst & will after now (don't know what that means - 'after now') be moved to a senior officer for decision.

They really don't give anything away, do they? The wait continues #Keepingfaith

Well if you are in Decision phase recently it is not more than 7 days !!!!. for previous applicants it is not clear.
