Second, surprise is why Canadian Immigration Law firms didn't bring a class action law suit against OINP. Ontario clearly gave 90 days timeline when they invited people for applying to OINP. They charged a hefty fee for it. They said it's going to be First-Come-First-Serve. But they didn't follow their own published rules. It's clearly unethical, false marketing and fraudulent behaviour.
I understand immigration is not a right but mis-leading gullible applicants - with false claims of Province nomination in 90 days - can not be legal either.

The larger question is: Is OINP not accountable to any higher officials, Ministers!!! Don't they provide status reports, of AoRs, NoM's??
