Yes, I know that, but other streams don`t need draws, they are paper-based.
huh? didnt get that.. the other strems broadly work the same way. They get nomination from OINP and they get ITA. No difference..

Applicants who applied thought other streams cannot use EE because those streams are paper-based. Only Human capital and Fr are for EE.

Each year the federal government determines the number of nominations Ontario can issue. In 2015, that number is 5,200. Of these, 2,700 nominations must be used under Ontario Express Entry.

I dont know if you know something I dont.

But AFAIK, PR is ultimately given by CIC/IRCC, so everyone eventually ends up in the EE pool.

Either ways, people from Canadian experience class, Masters Class etc., have got file numbers in the same sequence as everyone else.. I am gonna wait for someone to confirm this..

No. Not everyone ends up in the pool. There are several non-EE streams and they have to send paper applications to IRCC. People who have been nominated in one of the EE based streams can apply via EE.

For instance, there is a non-EE category that is administered by NSNP. I believe its called the Occupations In-Demand (OID) stream and that is a non-EE based stream. People who get nominated through that stream need to send a paper based application to IRCC rather than applying online.

Yes. AFAIK, the EE stream under OINP are the Human Capital Priorities Stream and the French Speaking Skilled Worker Stream. All other streams, I think, are non-EE streams.

Guys - Have a quick question
I'm preparing my brother to apply for Canadian immg... just wrote his IELTS.
Regarding POF - We (Me and my brother) have a joint account whose funds we wanted to show as POF... But its a joint account - Do you think it would cause a problem ?
Just wondering if anyone used joint accounts (non spouse ones) to show POF and it was accepted by CIC....

Do as it is suggested in the application. you have enough time. Put the funds under One name of your brother until the process is completed. Play safe.

Non-spouse joint accounts are strongly discouraged. You can modify the account and put it under the PA's name.

skdubai: 2700 X 2 = 5400 NOM's for 2015, 2016
870 NOM's issued till 31/12/2015 leaves OINP with 4530 + 2700 for 2017 = 7230 God knows the best :'( :'( :'(

very simple

MZASAM: 2700 X 2 = 5400 NOM's for 2015, 2016
870 NOM's issued till 31/12/2015 leaves OINP with 4530 + 2700 for 2017 = 7230 God knows the best :'( :'( :'(
7230 NOM's issue till 31/12/2106 will leave OINP with 0000

According to OINP the quota is 2700.

I doubt they can use more than that. I think unused quota is just voided.
