Yes, it is absolutely fine. It is mentioned in the application guide. Page 27 to be precise.

Hello Guys,

I have already applied to OINP under FSW stream but haven't received aor yet. Soon i am going to change my current employer so i need your help that what sort of documents i need to submit with the Change of Personal information form. I can submit that experience letter and offer letter / appointment letter from the new employer. It might be difficult to ask them to give reference letter in just joining the organization and if i tell them before they give me offer letter, i might not get the offer from them.

Since almost all the applicant from the December has got their aor and somone must have experience on this so i thought i need to post it here.

Please guys help me i am in dilemma.

Offer/Appointment letter will be okay.( the date of joining and Salary must me mentioned and if possible working hours). Add resignation letter for the previous job stating from which date you resign.

In addition to the documents stated earlier by bestofluck, make sure you have you payslips for atleast a year.

If you are not claiming points from the past employer, you need not submit reference letters for those jobs. You might just have to add a LOE to explain this.

Do you think it is possible to change work history in EE after OINP nomination? I mean we don`t need additional points for work experience because of the nomination so why keep it there. For example I have 450~ point with 3 years of exp with 2 diff employers. If I delete one of them it will be 2 years and 1 employer , 420~ points ( and 69/100 FSW) which is enough for both OINP and CIC (min 1 year of employment)

Or maybe it is better to change it now :-\
