@bestofluck "H O N E S T"'s case is just like frankiefun ..... he too didn't receive the AOR email

Well after several calling attempts with no picking up and several emails with no reply, they have just now replied to a 23-June email stating that the file referenced is at the second stage of processing, pending review by an Investigator Analyst.
This means they didn't even open my parcel till now or what!!!

I have still not received my AOR ... my consultant has send them an email but we are yet to receive a reply ....
Just praying that we get the AOR & Nomination soon ....

I read this thread everyday ... I have not posted anything as I have not received any update and am in the dark .... waiting for OINP to say something....

Thanks for the updates, information & speculation on this thread .... makes it really interesting & gives people like me hope ...

Thanks for the update. Wish you good luck. Please call them up and try to know latest update, may be they have already sent you AOR so ask them your file number.

Got this reply from OINP yesterday for the query on my application .....

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your inquiry.
Please be advised that our records indicate the file referenced is at the second stage of processing, pending review by an Investigator Analyst.
If there is any further information needed for your application, you will be contacted by our officer.
Please note that if you are in Canada, it is your responsibility to remain in legal status throughout the time while your application is being processed by our program.
Thank you for your patience.

Congratulations Man!

Exactly the message I got only to find out I had been sent AOR months before and never received it. Here is what you need to do:

You will send a fax to the number I will send to you directly, with your details : Name, EE profile number, date you submitted OINP application etc You will request for status of application and indicate that it is past xxx days and yet to recover AOR.

They respond within 72 hours.

All the best!

They resent me the AOR and confirmed that they sent it to me earlier.

What does this mean? I know the file has not been finalized because I haven't received my nomination yet. Why won't they give any information that I don't already know?

And look at the word Inventory...they admit they have made it a business by giving out more than required PT NOI
Their replies indicate they feel proud of the backlog instead of feeling guilty

I feel like it was the same case for OINP, but can't find the source to verify now. My test was taken on August 29th, 2015 and I hope I don't need to take it again because that's extra $$

A Thought

Looking to last few month's Draws, and the OINP's decision to pause sending the PT NOI....Guys dont you feel, we are at least from the few lucky people to have recd the PT on time. We dont see the good things happening and just curse the bad time we are facing. That's the Irony of Life. Imagine those waiting in the pool for a draw with low scores and those who will wait for PT till the end of the year !

Lets hope the process will bring a good result to all of us ultimately and wait positively.

Plus i'm sure next yr onward, OINP is going to tighten up their selection process for PT invites. Maybe even add NOC restrictions..

I received my AOR on 27th June and was asked for a new dd.

I immediately send them a new dd which was received on 04th July but still have not got an acknowledgement mail from them(dd reciept)

Please advise what to do?

exactly same dates.
28th June AOR and 4th July new DD.
I'd suggest to wait till there next week.
