December Application OINP

Guys i just got aor and request to resend expired dd.

I also found my app reached oinp on 22 dec and not on 24 which i was earlier persuming.

Just want to quickly recechk if my friend in OT creates draft for my application from his bank account, is it legal?

Congrats Maindola, .... DD from Any account should be good, Its just known as paper cash, so, DD from others account should not be a problem !

Applications to the OINP are processed on a first come, first served basis. Please be advised that the program is currently in receipt of a large volume of applications and processing times are longer than usual. We assure you that we are working diligently to process applications as expediently as possible.

We kindly request that you wait until after you receive notification that your application has moved to the assessment phase before contacting the OINP to inquire about the status of your application. This will allow our staff time to focus on processing applications to the program.

Which means: we should not contact OINP unless they contact us. Don't send any doc until they ask for. And there are two more steps after AOR which are assessment and decision.

Yes, this seems to be new inclusions in the AOR.

I got AOR on 17-June, my application reached on 21-Dec-2015

But my Draft has not been encashed yet, I just checked with TD bank .

Usually, your OINP fee should get encashed once you got AOR. I dont know why it is not happened?

Any thoughts?

same with me. Got AOR, Bank draft not yet encashed. I am puzzled too...

Same here .....

It seems the waiting period POST AOR is indefinite and probably will experience expiry of EE profile and Language score. OINP is telling us shut up your mouth and keep quiet unless we let we know .... Our country is going through OIL price crisis ... so think as CAD1500 is your contribution towards reviving Canadian economy ... Don't expect nomination in far future .....

Hi guys i m cec jan applicant.

Its very sad that few of us got application returned for passport missing pages. This not fair that they are not giving us the option for resubmit. I have 2 friends whe are not on this site but got application return today(both jan applicants) for passport missing pages. For this small mistake we are paying big amount. This is not fair we have to fight for it. At the timw of aaplication submission they clearly mention if app get return we will resubmit in 30 days. But now we not so its unfair. They have quota available so thats why they us the invitation.
Let me know ur thoughts guys. Plz help those guys. Gud luck

My application is rejected because of funds. But the thing is I'm programmer and working full time. So, according there application guide I don't have to show funds. But still my application get rejected because of funds.

I am really sorry to hear about your situation but you can highlight your point to them in an email, perhaps the situation could change. I think they are overwhelmed with the volume of applications and are trying to reduce the volume by all means to meet their allocation for the year. I suggest you still give it a push as you stand nothing to loose anyways.

Whoa.. That's so sad. I can understand your situation. Write them an email. Call them. Connect with them on social media.

Do whatever you can do to bring your case in light!

It is clear that they are overwhelmed with the volume of applications and they want to reduce the volume by all means to meet their allocation for the year. Those affected should write to them stating the provisions as at the time of their application if possible threaten to take legal actions lets see their response.
