@maged_mmh, this is recent development. They wont accept the re submission from those Dec applicants also.

they didn't inform them in advance!

@sinab, Did you get the mail only or you already got your package back? If you got only the mail, I request you to call them immediately saying you attached all pages and its not your fault. See if they reconsider if they have already not dispatched the parcel.

The letter was included along with my documents. Everything was return together at once. I did not get any prior emails or mails.

Is there any way that I can appeal? I submit it myself. Didn't get a lawyer or anything.

@sinab this is absolutely scary. you can see the total silence prevailed now. Everyone is speechless. At any time we can get a parcel at our doorstep !

Actually there were 2 applications returned in Dec group and they both were informed by mail.

I think they have staked the applications one over another and some packets are broken and pages misplaced.

I feel really bad for you @sinab but since they have returned the entire packet, there appears to be negligible hope for any re-consideration. You may try calling them but be prepared for the worst.

Try applying for PNP of other provinces. Major announcements are expected on 1-Jul-2016 which may help inland applicants. Don't loose hope, when one door closes, God arranges 2 more.

based on the information given in the letter
(will no longer accept complete applications to the Human Capital Priorities stream that are resubmitted after May 9, 2016)
I guess they won`t accept any resubmitted applications that have been returned in May or June, which is really scary, despite having given 30 days for resubmission.

Not only may even those whose application was returned in April and not resubmitted before 9th may will not be considered.
