I was about to give the same answer. I have never heard of any applications returned without given the 30 day period for resubmit.

Dude please provide more information about your package, you must have been intimated(probably in your CIC message) before sending back your package, please provide more information you are scaring everyone(including me). I never seen a case in which they said not to resubmit.sinab said:

Sinab. you must immediately bring to their attention that you have included all pages of passport if you have really done so. Ask them to reconsider your case.

So OINP has decided no more submission of applications ! If your application is returned you dont have a chance anymore. you wasted all the 7 months !!

I would suggest, improve score by other means. Currently it's going 481 but in past it has gone down to 451.

Have you approached by any consultant? or you submitted by your self ?
And in that replay they have not mentioned, what document your missing ?
Most of the time " Incomplete" mean you did not sign all the required documents that has to be signed !!

@maged_mmh, this is recent development. They wont accept the re submission from those Dec applicants also.
