December Application OINP

Hi All,

I just called oopnp(its my first time), he said my app is in progress and assigned a sr. Officer (i haven't got AOR yet). Is it the same old statement or must be some kind of an update? and this point when can i expect an AOR? I am a CEC Inland applicant and below is my time line.

seems you will get AOR very soon. In fact this means after getting AOR they will not take much time to give nomination because the files are already assigned to officers and they have purposely delayed sending the AOR's.

Finally some ray of hope seen.

Hey All,

This is my first post on the forum. Happy to inform that I received the AOR from OINP. Finally!!! However, they have asked for a replacement demand draft since the original demand draft that I had sent has expired.

I had got my credentials assessed by WES for another qualification a couple of months back. Although this will not give me any additional points, should I go ahead and update my EE profile? I was thinking of sending the updated evaluation report along with the replacement demand draft.

December 16th: OINP Application Received
June 13th: AOR; Replacement Demand Draft Requested

Hey guys.

I received my AOR on the 2nd of June. My DD was expiring on the 6th of June.
In my AOR it said my application was complete. But I just received an email from OINP today that my DD has expired and that I need to send a new one as soon as possible for my processing to begin.

This brings to light the fact that OINP is processing very slowly. Even if one receives an AOR it does not mean they have encashed the DD.

To all those who submitted applications after 15th December be ready for a re-submission of DD email.

They didn't send you fee receipt with AOR ?. Normally, the AOR mail has two PDFs. one of which is the fee receipt.

Hey DigitalDestiny, I am an CEC Inland. Just got OINP AOR last week. I saw someone who was in the situation as me just got OINP nominated a few days after AOR. While there are still ppl saying it will take more than 1 month to get nominated after AOR. My PGWP will expire very soon, really not sure how long it will take to receive the nomination from OINP...

btw I just called OINP and they told me it will take likely near 2 months to receive nomination

FYI Nov applicants and few ones from Oct are yet to receive nominations.. this is not going to be a short wait post AoR

Firstly even if you have not recd a mail, it would have been recd in MYCIC account. So AOR is not recd according to me. But as you see there are 2 applications returned just in the beginning of December, they have already checked all applications is quite obvious. there is no more return and its just a delay for some or other reason. May be the signing officer is on a vacation who has got your file or the duty is changed and allotted to other officer who kept your file below all other applications. There is a chance you get direct nomination which has happened many times before.

Even my bank told me my draft was cleared on 14th March and no message from them.

I hope you receive your AOR soon.

I have received AOR but not today. Mater of fact is i don't even know when. However after doing what was instructed above i.e sending a fax etc, i got an email response today. See below:

Well, this is good news!!! it means i was sent AOR but i never received it - maybe wrong email address etc. This confirms as well that there is no notification in MyCIC for AOR. It simply comes by email i guess.

Hi All,

The International Skilled Worker – Saskatchewan Express Entry sub-category is now reopened to accept an additional 500 applications if your NOC qualifies as of 6/13/2016.

Hi Frankiefun. This is a congratulatory note from someone who is LIGHT YEARS away from you in the order of applications made. I am a Jan 25th applicant. I kept silence in all these threads, playing the wait and watch game, but on your AOR, I couldn't stop myself shouting a CONGRATULATIONS!

It's so inspirational how you kept you faith going. Jan end, February, and March applicants will need a lot of such inspiring AORs to keep us motivated and patient till our AORs :'(
