EE profile expiry is a non-issue as far as OINP is concerned. If you have already received your AOR - create a new profile and send the details along with your new EE # and your case/file# to OINP.

Hello Folks,

I have applied for OINP in December and my application reached on Dec29th, on May 11th I got the Acknowledgement letter, and recently they called asking for my previous employers contact details as they cannot reach them. I even tired reaching out for my previous employer but couldn't get hold of them.

what should I send to OINP now? I have already provided them with my previous work experience offer letter, paystubs, and T4. Not sure what to do now? Any suggestions?

Try to get hold on ex-colleagues and ask about employer status.

Try visiting them in-person.

What is going to happen to our AOR / NOM, as OINP received 1800 applications in JANUARY 2016

Let's vent out, express our perspectives, thoughts, observations on this thread; instead of mailing to the Government.

As responsible Government institutions, IRCC, Ministry, OINP management are fully aware of the AOR / NOM current statistics

and are answerable to the Government, who would ensure action (s) if the Government image is at stake.

We are unable to comprehend their issues, difficulties in tackling the mess created by some in efficient staff.

Government is running such a huge immigration program and would certainly address the flaws.

I am sure sooner or later they will need to address and strengthen the processes and remain committed to time frames.

Do you think there's still a chance for returning applications for those late in the month? (mine arrived 29th Dec).

I'm anxious because I provided my birth certificate (Issued (translated) by the Ministry of Health in English) on government letterhead and notarized by the state seal and all, but I think I didn't include the Arabic original! will this be a problem? it will be very silly if they return it because of this, I can scan the Arabic one and sent it by email.

I am a Februruian as well. It is very likely that our applications will be pushed to next year's quota, which will be announced sometime in May/June and not in November 2016 as recent OINP update has led us believe. This is certainly going to a very loooong wait! This is my personal opinion based upon OINP's speed of issuing AORs and nomination in the last few months! I sincerely hope to be proved wrong by OINP but if only........!

IRCC doesn't even ask for Birth certificate of the PA, may be because Birth date is already there on Passport - which is the strongest document that anybody can have.

So when OINP folks opened your package, they must have discussed your case and ended up doing out-of-turn completeness check. Since your translated Birth certificate was notarized with government seal and on government letter head so they must have accepted it. That is perhaps the reason you received duplicate WES request several months before anyone of us. So chill, you are safe.

As per our Dec. List, 1-Dec-2015 applicant got AOR on 8-Apr and 15-Dec-2015 one got AOR on 1-June

So OINP took 54 calendar days (or 38 working days) to process 15 days worth of december applications.

(OINP also gave priority processing to CEC-Inlands with WPs expiring in 90 days)

So OINP took 54 calendar days (or 38 working days) to process 15 days worth of december applications.

That cant be the speed now as the backlog is clearing. They will send more AOR now. may be the 54 days will be 35 now. By the June end mostly December applicants will get AOR.

It's not about provoking such a big government. It's about the freedom of speech. As a citizen of the world I think I'm entitled to have free speech, that's what I felt in the moment and that's what I wrote. No hard feelings

Anyone knows of any Feb CEC inland applicant with expiring WP who has received AOR?
If so, we can come to the conclusion of "OINP cleared all CEC emergency cases" and that would simply mean the speed of processing is likely to increase.

read carefully its not about provoking the govt but it is about proving other forum members. Anyway you have a right to express not only speaking also in writing. but when it is not going to make any diff. why get frustrated and lose patience? Just wait and watch everything will be okay. Hope we all get AOR soon. I hope all of us will get AOR before June End.
