One thing is for sure, OINP is deliberately dragging it's feet and passing time. Considering the pace at which they are are issuing Nominations & AORs, they have no intention of meeting their 90-day commitment.

All time frames for AOR, 90 days / NOM 90 days (According to the OINP application guide ) have not been honoured.
Current scenario: Most of applicants Oct 2015 till Feb 16 2016, are suffering from delays without any clarification.

What reforms, are needed to process the AOR / NOM, immigration policy which is currently in force.
The applicants who sent their applications, drafts from June 2015 till Feb 16 2016 are suffering delays, which was never anticipated..
OINP should address this issue. Later what ever reforms, policy changes happen would be followed by the applicants who will receive NOI

Its not very clear on how the refugee settlement programs are impacting our applications. Most of us fall under the Human Capital priorities stream and the article talks about the refugee programs and its impact on the private sponsorship. Maybe I am overlooking a particular point here that impacts our stream. Would appreciate others to chip in and provide their understanding of the link.ashwanee said:
