Is Marriage Certificate is mandatory if we include Spouse in our application?

I think, i have not included my Marriage Certificate in the package....

Will they return my package?? :(
In the application guide, they haven't mentioned that we have to send marriage certifcate if we include spouse.

Please correct me if i am wrong.

points 1 and 3 are legit.
AFAIK, for point 2 , marriage certificate and child's birth certificate is not compulsory even for married couples. i dont see it compulsory in the OINP FAQ on their site as well. atleast it was not back then when i applied. having said that its good if you provide them in supporting documents in you want to but they are not mandatory documents.

Lets rule out usual culprits

1) Did you send photocopy of your entire passport ?.
2) When was your passport issued ?. If it was less than 2 yrs old, then copy of previous passport ?.
3) If applicable - did you send your marriage certificate, children birth certificate and Primary Applicant's birth certificate ?
he is sure his DD was valid for 3 months.

Some documents may not be mandatory for OINP but I guess they would expect them anyhow. As far as IRCC is concerned, they are mandatory

The problem is, how would you prove the woman on your application is really your spouse and the child that you are trying to bring to Canada is really yours ?. Marriage certificate and Child's Birth Certificate are the most concrete proofs to address those issues.

Anyways, I may be over thinking. Do not worry, if you haven't sent those.

I wish & pray that each one of us gets his AOR/Nomination/ITA & PR soon.

I totally understand where you're coming from and I also equally agree. Hence I said it's always good to send them as supporting documents but they are not mandatory and there are few examples where applicants have got nominated without these documents

Hi Guys...

I have one question....

CEC category means, we should have at least 1 year of Canadian experience in the last 3 years. Correct?

I have worked in Toronto, Ontario from May 14 2013 to June 8 2014.

So if I consider my eligibility of CEC, it will be applicable till June 8 2016.

when I submit my application package to OINP in December, I have mentioned CEC category in which my application has to be assessed.

Till now no AOR…. will there be any problem because of expiring CEC eligibility...

Your thoughts please.
All,

Any idea on this???
