I think i will go ahead and accept the nomination since the profile will get frozen, instead of taking the risk of creating a new profile and sending Ontario to transfer,...
What do you think? (few more days will not make a difference)
I have been cautioned for giving advice too quickly, so let's break this down...
You want a PR, right? So for that you need an ITA, which will start your eAPR process...
To get the ITA you need lost of CRS points so to help you get those you needed a NoM.
To get a NoM you decided to apply to OINP... So far the process is working for you ;-)
Now you have two choices, accept the NoM and get the ITA, but you've obviously not looked into what's required for the next stage so you may like to think twice before doing that. In fact I urge you to look here - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-how.asp
Item two describes the documents you'll need to submit after you've accepted the ITA... Read all of that calmly and make sure you can get everything in 60 days before you accept the ITA.
If you don't think you can then play it safe, let your profile expire and create a new one, contact OINP to transfer your NoM over.. That will give you an extra time!
If it were me then I'd accept now and avoid the extra hassle of contacting OINP, but I'm comfortable with the next steps so make sure you are too before proceeding!
Best of luck to you!
