Regarding the license validity and renewal, is a recent good standing letter from the ministry of health sufficient?

Yes mail was recieved on Sunday I've mentioned the date and time as well.
I'm putting my license certificate. If u have that send that. Otherwise I think the letter u have should be sufficient as u can only get good standing when u are Registered.

I have been asked additional documents on 5 oct and i sent the documents. The thing is my express entry profile is going to expire on 24 oct.
So i want to know , do i need to withdraw my current profile and generate a new profile now or I need to wait for 24 OCT and withdraw my current profile only when it gets expired.

Its easy. Send out some job applications. That's all. It doesn't matter if you get the job or not. It doesn't even matter if the employer replies or not. All OINP wants to see is some kind of proof that you have been doing some research/putting in some effort to know about your employment opportunities there. I had seen this pattern a long time back and I had mentioned it in the guide so that applicants can preemptively "try" applying for jobs.

Below is the quote from the guide -

Step 8 - Expect a verification call/Additional document request.

You should expect an additional document request and/or verification call from OINP. Your employer/person who gave you the reference letter might also get a call. Alert them.

OINP usually asks for the following documents -

• 6 months payslips
• Updated bank statements
• Employment documents (Offer letter or other work contract documents)
• Proof of job search in Ontario (Common for CEC applicants/rare for FSW counterparts)
• Proof of intent to reside in Ontario (For CEC applicants)
• Source of funds (VERY rare - Expect this if your funds are not more than at least 3 months old)

In the verification call, the officer discusses about the details on your application form. Please be advised that you mighr be asked to explain your roles and responsibilities.

For people who have not submitted the receipt of ECA to be sent directly sent to OINP, you will get this request via email.

At that point in time, very few FSW applicants were receiving such requests.

I also have the same question, I belong to the profession which need licence to practice and unless I don't get it, no employer can contact me and I'm not eligible to apply for any job in Canada.
I'm planning to explain this and show my expression toward getting registered in Canada, by showing them transcripts addressed towards the concerned authority. (in my case is dental board)

Friends:

The biggest issue and concern is the lack of information, transparency. The entire expectations, guesswork, speculation is futile.

None of us can guess, predict; What OINP plans are. Apparently it depends entirely on their sole discretion.

Minister in charge made several statements; Decrease CRS score, Increase in ITA, new online application system, clearing of inventory,

new announcement of policy, half year report.........Oct is ending, with very few NoMs.

Just see the pattern of NoMs being issued..There is no basis at all

From Oct - April approximately 500 forum applicants with AoR are waiting for the NoMs :'( :'( :'(

Quick question to anyone who can help with an answer..
Incase of multiple IELTS or CELPIP attempt, which score will or should be considered.. Is it always the last attempt score or attempt with best score??
