Yes Raj, we all are frustrated.
We all have waited for so long that if there was a better system in place, we would have got PPR or or would have been waiting for PPR.
But in spite of all the bad things happening with us, the month of October should be cherished. May be, this is the month to get nominations. I don't know, but I have a gut feeling that November applicants will not have to wait any longer than the next month.
Let us hope that we all get nominations, and start preparing get an ITA AOR and get landing in Canada next year.
Also, once we get nominations, should we get new work experience documents from our present employer for IRCC application? As the old ones are around 6 months old.
It is better if you can get one, else not required. IRCC should only be interested for documents for which you claimed CRS points. So for example if you are at 405 now, and you get 600 then you are good as far as you have reference letter to show your experience which you claimed originally (for 405 points).
If IRCC ask, you can send additional payslips. For same designation and same company, IRCC should not have any objection. Moreover, IRCC knows province has already done required investigation for eligibility of NOC, so they won't waste time on asking for new reference letter. Updated medicals and PCC is understandable as person may fall sick or do crime over the period of time, but they will be anyway latest as they were not required for OINP application.
Anything that we should prepare before hand? Should we make a list now as it will help us in filing application sooner once we get nomination and ITA?
1. PCC (expiry is I think 6 months. Takes some time, so better to start process.).
2. Documents for spouse will also be required by IRCC (birth certificate, PCC) if (s)he is accompanying. WES report, education/experience documents, IELTS etc. if CRS points are claimed.
3. Updated POF.
