Just letting you know that I sent notification of my address change to OINP July 19th and got this reply Aug 18th:

"Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your email, which has been noted.

Thank you for your inquiry. Please be advised that our records indicate the file referenced is at the second stage of processing, pending review by an Investigator Analyst. If there is any further information needed for your application, you will be contacted by our officer.
Please note that if you are in Canada, it is your responsibility to remain in legal status throughout the time while your application is being processed by our program.
Thank you for your patience.
You will be contacted should further information/documentation be required."


I thought they said they wouldn't reply to change of address emails? so is this to tell me that my application is at 2nd stage of processing?

Seems like they're just trying to kill two birds with one stone....

Oh, and I guess you can expect a one month reply to your emails....lol

@jamaicangirl88, good to see they now reply to everything. They have said they will intimate us when file moves to Assessment phase and Decision phase, but no one has recd such mail. IF Assessment phase is Second stage then they should have intimated us.
Do keep us updated if you get any additional doc request. good luck for nomination
