It is their job to do Meetings. What else does the Minister's do? They collect suggestions. Somehow they want to revise what past Govt has done. Crows are black everywhere.

The next Govt will revise what these people do.

You are right Crows are black everywhere. And remember, in any government, a minister has to take suggestions from all who are stakeholders of the system which affects everyone. It's not one day job. So chill, if you don't know about it, before saying anything, get your facts correct.

@ KJHOT. how stupid of them not to do things simultaneously. I mean how is it going to work? three months for january app to give AOR and 2 months for FEb and 1 month for March. Than start with nominations and end up where ? Dec 2017? There has to be a system change. sooner the better
