December Application OINP

Come oooon OINP! Make our Thursday hot by going on fire & giving out lots of AORs...

Just called OINP to ask if they are out of quota and which is why so many are back logged. The guy with a heavy voice told me that it could be one of the reason and the other reason is they are overly backlogged.

I am not sure what to make of it. I am a January applicant. :-\ :'( :'( :'( :-[

Yeah I am just preparing to get 7 in each module that way my score will increase from 417 to 472

I am really fed up.

@dhavaldesai..you should have done that by now. good luck for the IELTS exams.

lol your scores are 405 in your timeline and not 417 ( 7 in all are not enuf. you need 8 in listening )

Have they asked you to resubmit your application within 30 days?

Noo..they mentioned"As a result of the temporary pause on application intake the program is no longer sending notifications of interest and will no longer accept complete applications to the human capital priorities stream that are resubmitted after May 9,2016".

But heard someone resubmitted after may 9th..any idea about their office..

I sent my file on 31st Dec, 2015. I called OINP and they said they received my file and someone is working on it. I didn't hear anything since then. Any idea by when I can get my AOR? And how long we have to wait after AOR?

@Sandycool, just follow this thread and you will know the progress. Just now 23 rd and 24th Dec applications are given out AOR. Just wait for a week and dont unnecessarily call them or mail them. That slows down the process. refer to page 187 for updated list.

maybe you first.. there seem to be many on 29th due to the Christmas and boxing days holidays followed by a weekend back then. I myself sent my parcel on 19th and was expecting it to be delivered 24th max, but due to DHL transit facility somewhere in US, somehow they figured to hold on to the package in their hangar until after Christmas

I made a silly mistake in my application submitted to OINP.

Here is the case.

EE App Submitted: 09 Jan 2016
OINP PT Interest Notification: 11 Jan 2016
OINP App Sent: 3 Feb 2016
OINP Received App : 16 Feb 2016

While filling the OINP application form which was received by OINP on 16 Feb 2016, inadvertently I made the following mistake.

In section D Occupation and Education (Principal Applicant Only)

Point 3. Personal and Work History (Principal Applicant Only) (Personal and work history since the age of 18, or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent.)

I should have filled all the details from 2006 till 2016, past 10 years (all periods of study, all periods of employment and all periods of unemployment).

HERE I ONLY FILLED PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT AND MISSED TO FILL THE PERIOD OF STUDY of MY BACHELORS AND MASTERS DEGREE

02/14/2011 02/09/2016 Company A Employed for more than 6 years and continuing

09/24/2010 02/11/2011 Company B

02/12/2008 09/20/2010 Company C

I CORRECTLY FILLED PERIODS OF STUDY FOR MY BACHELORS AND MASTER DEGREE IN POINT 6 EDUCATION HISTORY.

06/01/2005 04/30/2008 Bachelor Degree Total 10 years 8 months Work and Education History

Question : Will my application be rejected as I did not enter the bachelors and masters in Personal and Work History in Point 3.
