Bank officials say its valid for three months, so technically it already expired in first week of march 2016.

You must have got 2 PDFs in the AOR mail ?. One would be the fee receipt which would mention the date that they encashed your DD. What's that date ?

14th Dec 2015 is the date mentioned (the same date they received my application). but the amount still hasn't been deducted.

I don't think they mention the date they encashed the DD. As of my AOR they mentioned only two dates one indicates the day they received the application and another date when I received the AOR e-mail.

OINP is not even doing justice to CEC Inland. They have a confused mind. Even the CEC inland are picked up randomly. 3 CEC Inland got AOR from january group and many in the December group are still waiting. When they said they would prefer giving AOR to CEC inland they would have given it to all CEC inland applicants by this time.

Looking to this pace, it may take the whole of June just to give AOR and may be we get nominated by the end of October, when we come to know the CRS score in the draw is down to 420 !!!!!!!! and we already got ITA before the nomination from OINP

Looks to me OINP messed up big time. They somehow didn't control and got far more applications than their allocated 2016 quota.

So they are just passing time till November, when new 2017 Quota will be released + IRCC will start holding 2500 ITA draws . Come November and (hopefully) Lot many OINP folks would get direct ITAs and would no longer need OINP nominations - which would certainly ease OINP pressure.

In the mean time, they are slowly doling out whatever 2016 nominations they have at snail pace, as they need to make them last till November ( or till they get new supply of 2017).

Sounds logical to me. Plus they have so many exceptions out of turn processing which is delaying the rest who sent the applications before.

Same is my case. Cec inland. App received by OINP on 22nd dec 2015 and work permit then was expiring on Jan 15, 2016.but still todate no aor received. I had however got my work permit renewed till next Mar 2017. So how and why applicants like u ND me don't fall in their exceptions is clueless. All due respect and happy for others who have received aor before me even though they applied before me. I mean I am just clueless.

Yes same with here, just tried to call but it goes directly to voice message.
Looks like they are in vacation mood......

Really this is really very frustrating. Not sure why they delaying so much...
Other province(Saskatchewan) who applied in Feb months got PNP issued and ITA also.
If quota for 2016 full why they can't issue PNP for available seats and reject others.
Then one can think of trying other provinces or...etc.

its a closed work permit, so my company did the same for me. I get this question a lot. seems like many applicants face issues while renewing their work permits. i wonder why it would be that way.
