DECEMBER APPLICANT 2013 UPDATES

I applied for Temporary Working Permit. I am so nervous because it's really fast. I just applied last Dec. 2, 2013 and had medical request by Jan. and now passport dispatched. But according to the processing time, it took 7 months. That's why I am little bit worried for the very fast result.

Hopefully, God grant my request.....

But applied November 22, 2013. PPR ako last Wednesday lang Feb. 12, 2014.

Yesterday, Feb. 14, 2014 my application has been approved.
Pero wala pa akong nareceive na initial na message sa inbox ko na galing sa CIC.
Binuksan ko lang ang MyCIC accnt. ko.
Application CLOSE NA form open.

God is so Good and All the time.

Sana nga po visa approval n ung dmatng sakn....Malalaman ko pa pg dmatng n thru courier n pndla ng VFS. By Monday ko pa malalaman...

My case is a bit weird. I applied online last dec 26, but here in abu dhabi. Then last feb 13, I received a message from CIC that my application has been updated and that I should log in to myCIC account. But when I opened to check, my status remains the same and there is no message either. Some people are telling that I may have a result soon but I was thinking if that so soon coz as per website processing time it should be minimum of 4-6 months. So does it mean there may be a result even earlier than the processing time? Thanks

You have an update result soon. I was surprise then that my application make really fast. Maybe because I complied immediately their documents request. But what I have read here 3 months mostly got their update. Usually the MR first. On my case January 15 MR, 23rd done MR. Jan. 31 passed on MyCIC. It takes only 15 days to conclude about my MR.

Next week for sure you have an update for your MR.

Hi Singham,

In On line application. Probably Manila.
But when I transmitted my application I was in Palau.
Palau and other US Pacific Islands are under CE Manila.

But what I have read here 3 months mostly got their update. Usually the MR first. On my case January 15 MR, 23rd done MR. Jan. 31 passed on MyCIC. It takes only 15 days to conclude about my MR.

Thanks ben apollo. Were u asked for additional documents or just an MR? I believe for us that are in Oman (processed in Abu Dhabi) medical is not required as per the website. That is why Im really confused for the email that I received. I hope if ever there is a result soon it wont be refusal

Hi Maling,

Yes, they asked my NBI (PCC Manila) last January 14 my first update from them but this time the CE Manila requested it to me.
It does not listed on MyCIC account. I personally submitted it thru dropbox as that was the instruction on the email. Other than that all email is thru MyCIC.

Just be positive. It will come out soon.

Hi, it means that there is already a result in your application. Just think positive and congrats coz your application is processed really fast. Did you apply for temp work permit or spouse open work permit?

hi chelme, did u receive an email.as well telling that your application is updated? But nothing changed in your account? I thought I was the only one who encountered it so I find it really weird.

Yes my husband called cic in canada and adviced him for me to send an inquiry in abu dhabi. You can send to this email abu-dhabi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

pls keep me posted if ever they reply. Im really confused on what that email means
