its during IP2 that visa officer goes through reviews and feedback of officers who have processed your file uptill then and he then makes a final decision. So if the earlier officers have flagged certain things, it could be negative then. dont want to use the word reject

Thanks for info bro..

Another long weekend... another longggggg wat. Flicker of hope when status changed to IP2 but now that we know it was a glitch can't really be sure how much longer the wait is going to be. Cmonnnnn NDVO make it a happy holi!!!!!!!!!!!

It was not a glitch. IRCC has confirmed on Twitter that it is a glitch only for visitors/temporary visas. For PR, its an accurate update.

It wasn't a glitch, people got PPR since then. I believe IP2 is when security check is done and it obviously won't go straight through for everyone. Some have PPR already since 27th February, other might have to wait a little bit longer but I know the wait will be well worth it for everyone at last.

amen to that! there are many cases especially at NDVO where the gap between IP2 and PPR is long.. fingers crossed !
