Hi ateotia11,
I read the same blog in earlier tabs, in that its mention that they are issuing AOR till 31 dec.
So please mind your language before comment. I am not in Canadian embassy that I can give authentic information.

Guys, I received the PPR Yesterday Evening.

Here is my timeline.
AOR - Dec 12
Med Passed - Dec 20
IP1 - Dec 20
NA2 - Jan 3
IP2 - Feb 26
PPR - Feb 27

Finally, the wait ends :)
All the Best to all of you!

Congratulations & all the best to you

Guys,

Is it possible that PPR is delaying because i didn't provide my financial proof and just added a letter of explanation since i was invited under CEC ?

And also my AOR is 20 Dec, 2017 and my IELTS got expired on January 29, 2018. I haven't heard anything else. But was moved to IP2 on 27 Feb.

Appreciate all the responses. Thank you

no it cant be that, as for cec you do not need financial proof, also for ielts and medical, as long as they are valid at the time of AOR, you should be delayed/rejected based on that

Are there any chance of visa being refuse post ip2?
