Today is day 40, I pray for any update on my Meds.

Did you get Medicals cleared? Mine was cleared on the 40th day.

Hey guys.

AOR December 12th

CEC Outland (Ireland)

Just got my refusal letter yesterday. The reason given was:

  • Employer reference letter was too vague
  • Letter of employment did not state job duties (It was a real struggle to even get any type of letter from my boss)
  • Salary appeared too low for my job title (Assistant Manager in retail)
  • Therefore I was unable to show I met the requirements for CEC experience.
Frustrated to say the least. I am currently weighing up my options. Appeal, Reapply or just forget about it!

To all those still awaiting updates good luck, hang in there and sometimes no news is good news!

My sympathies friend. :( Refusal is a very real outcome that can happen to any of us. Not everyone will be able to get a 100% perfect document for every single requirement and some things are out of our control. Nothing is guaranteed.

The best we can do is try to explain any potential issues in LOE.
I hope things still work out for you eventually!

I wonder what RA could refer to...

AOR December 8th
ADR (IMM5562E) December 18th, sent on December 19th

No news since then... Medicals still not passed, but background check already in review. Is anybody here in the same situation? I'm freaking out! :(

Don't freak out. No news is good news :) They're going a tad slower than they were in December, but no reason to panic.

I know... Compared to the last few months this is the slowest.... And for people like me, when the file is handled by a Consultant, no one knows what's going on...
Fingers crossed... Something good is going to happen soon...

My consultant didn’t like at all when I asked her about the medicals (if I should ask the doctor if she sent everything). So, I call the toll free number everyday...

Even that's what my Consultant told me... They feel that even 4 weeks waiting is normal. And we shouldn't be worried. So, my sister used to call the Toll free no. But last week she came back home. So now, I am wondering what else to do
