it says

If no score is displayed, please check that you have met Minimum Entry Criteria above. If you have met the Minimum Entry Criteria but your score is not displayed, wait for 24 hours then try again.

If you're using a phone browser, the signature won't show.
by the way, back in my aor days (yes, my app is pretty old...aor March2017), folks in the US didn't seem to go through IP1--NA--IP2 process, just jumping to IP2 directly. Not sure if it's still the case nowadays though.

Many thanks... Sure the POF will be mentioned as in the CIC website (with new changes in 2018).
So, we can liquidate the POF only after landing? Then how will we have access to our account in Canada? Can we transfer online after landing to our new Canadian account?
Thank you
the POF should be easily accessible for example like a fixed deposit. Yes you should be able to easily liquidate the amount and utilize in CAN. They check for that in terms of POF when you land

From what I've seen so far, the direct-to-IP2 still does happen, but not for all US applicants, only a small subset.

I on the IP1 stage and my scores are empty too. Get the following message : "If no score is displayed, please check that you have met Minimum Entry Criteria above. If you have met the Minimum Entry Criteria but your score is not displayed, wait for 24 hours then try again."
