Mine shows blank.
What's the Primary Office in your app? And what does your PAPER FILE Location show?
Vancouver, paper file office is also Vancouver and it says Location: Grant Review Ready PM01
But I applied electronically why there is a paper file location?

I'm only guessing here: likely 'paper file location' was originally used to mean something akin to primary office or first-office holding (after reception), and now that they've changed to electronic applications, they've not changed the names of some of the database names.

In other words: don't rely upon the names, they have process charts and operational manuals that they continue to use and update, and changing all of those fields to reflect a modified procedure is a lot of work (and error-prone).

PM01 means that your file is being handled by a junior resource, which is good and also means that your file may be routine. Higher the PM, higher the chance of it being reviewed more carefully by a senior resource. Assigned to and by means that your file is assigned to an active officer at the moment. Again, all this could be speculation, but this is what ChatGPT and other forum threads have mentioned.

I need some help to understand the next steps.
My LPP was completed on - 24th march 2025
After that I did not recieve any comunication from IRCC.

Today I got the email "Important information regarding your electronic Canadian Citizenship Certificate " this emails talks about how to downloand the citizenship certificate online.
  • My question is I did not recive any information about OATH ceremoney.
  • Tracker also shows that , Citizenship Ceremoney - NOT started.
It this usual ? Did anyone else went through similar experiance ?

just receive an email from IRCC, invitation to download E-certificate but no changes in the tracker for oath? is this normal? also no invitation code to that is required to register in the portal.
I am in same boat I got the similar notification today. Can you let me know how many days it took for you to recive the Oath related email.

This is normal. From my understanding, it's an auto-generated email and your application is most likely close to being finalized.

Hope so too! It was quite a bit of wait to get the oath date.
I completely agree, and this aligns with what I’ve observed. Some time ago, I used AI-assisted calculations to estimate processing times between **test completion** and **oath confirmation** for 2024. On average, this interval was around 66 days, though individual cases varied—some were faster, while others took slightly longer (up to ~74 days).

It seems that if you’re in the standard processing stream, these averages generally hold true. Of course, exceptions can always happen, but this might help set realistic expectations.

Hi everyone,

I received an invitation for my citizenship ceremony via Zoom, scheduled for June 3rd. I reached out to IRCC to request an in-person ceremony instead, but they responded saying they can’t guarantee when I’ll be rescheduled. They also mentioned that if I opt out of the virtual ceremony, I’ll be removed from the list and won’t be able to rejoin it, and there’s no set timeline for when the in-person one would happen.
Has anyone here actually been able to switch from a virtual to an in-person ceremony? If so, how long did it take to get rescheduled? Did it cause a significant delay in your citizenship process?
