I'm married and i have both my maiden name and my husband last name in my passport, do i put my husband name in other on the 5708 under maiden name or given name?

Applied on 29th Dec 2023 for super visa from India Through new ircc portal with upfront medical and biometric from previous application.

Additional documents requested on 29th Jan (military service record )
Submitted same day.

Documents received and in review 14th feb

Raised Webform and emailed MP

Bvl on 15th March around 1 pm.
Passport req 15 March 3 pm.

Tracker still showing same in progress background check.

Had previous visitor visa which got expired and had supervisa(expired) also.

The eligibility status for the parents was updated to ‘Completed’. As of now, there has been no medical request, and the background check is still in progress.

My parents are in Pakistan and I applied Supervisa for them on 10th December 2023. I haven't received any update on the application except the biometrics updates as they previously hold visit visa.

I haven't received medical request or anything and also eligibility has not event started yet. May i know if this is normal and someone else is also on same boat?
