Should wait till next week before doing anything. Based on what I read, average of 20 days for p2.

Final Decision: July 24, 2024
Ecopr: Aug 1, 2024
PR Card mailed: Aug 26, 2024.

Passport request is used for Outland applications. For inland they send you portal 1 and 2 with info and you have to submit. They send you ECOPR and then your PR. For Outland they need your passport for that.

Hey guys, so i was trying to check our application status on the phone and it is directing us to talk with the representative. It only changed today, it was letting me check it before. Does anyone know what that means ?

If you are trying to link to your IRCC Secure Account (commonly called GCKey), you can pick an option that doesn't require UCI. For example, the application number & family name option. If you're trying to link to the Application Status Tracker (or "Tracker"), you can get the UCI from GCKey or wait until you get the PA's UCI from any document sent to them (the biometrics request letter, for example).
