Unlikely, currently the trend is 1-1.5 months for BIL

The file number or UCI is generated once you are contacted by the IRCC for BIL. Till that happens, the applications show a number which starts with CANXXX

Hey. I am still waiting for the medical request and BIL. I am guessing its not gonna be happening at least till the 2nd week of January.

For those who have their AORs after October, its taking a month or so to get the request.
