I'd caution against creating those Whatsapp groups or joining them. Try to stay safe as much as you can by using anonymity instead.

If you have your UCI and Application Number you should be able to be updated with your application using Tracker: https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register.
Mine is not yet available due to: "If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet."

One thing i have applied full application on 18 th dec. Bt my ielts will be expiring on 31st dec. I need retake test

you need your UCI and application number to create application tracker after BIL.

As far as I concern, if you have already applied for PR (received the AOR), then you don't need to retake language test: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/language-requirements/language-testing.html
