So you will need to log into the GC tracker,
Scroll till you see "Add (link) an existing Application to your account"
Select "Permanent Resident Card"
Then select either of the bottom 2 options
Fill out the required information
Click "Search for application"
And then it should find the application and link it to your GC account

Anybody else still not received approval yet? The last update I was given was PA eligibility met on Sept. 12th.

I got my approval in principle on June 29 and still did not get any updates. No E-corp - nothing...

In the same boat. Everything is completed but the background verification. Is this normally the longest part of the process?
My lawyer told me I should not worry about it, everything was fine. Sometimes it happens. We just need to wait.

Anybody who's still waiting on their application, I suggest you contact your local MP.
I contacted mine in order to give it a bump, and it turns out that my file was moved to being non-routine because my case officer forgot to add our CSQ to the file. They never informed me about any of this.
MP was able to straighten this out for me, so hopefully the application gets finalized soon!
