Got an update after all. - Oath Scheduled on Sep 19th.
this was via a notification in the portal, waiting for letter or email still.

are people from Toronto being asked to attend oath in person / online ?

Received my GCMS notes today. Application timeline at the end:

Group #: 1-P1LF9Y0
Criminality: Passed
Language: Not Started
Residence: Not Started
Prohibition: Not Started
Primary Office: Scarborough (although when I emailed them this week, they said my application is in MIS)
Secondary Office: Sydney

I see something called "Location: E-Grant Interview PM03 Ready"
And all LPP is assigned to the dreaded RC-8090 like @ukp90's is.

Test Given: Apr 4, 2023 (From outside Canada)
Test Marked Complete: Apr 5, 2023

What can I do? It is like I am putting my life on hold.. Have a medical procedure that I am trying to delay, and this is stressing me out so bad!

What can I do? It is like I am putting my life on hold.. Have a medical procedure that I am trying to delay, and this is stressing me out so bad!

But if you have a medical procedure does this not qualify under urgent requests. Have you tried sending a webform with your explanation of your medical procedure?

Oh okay! Sending the webform right away! I sent an email to the Scarborough oath ceremonies email Id, for which they promptly replied please dont use this email id and your file is in Mississauga anyway.

But, the thing is also that my doctor happily said "If you want to wait for a month or so until your citizenship oath, let us do that coz I don't want you to travel or drive or even get around much for a month after the procedure!". And my dumbass thought oh sweet Apr 2023 applicants are getting oath invites..mine must be just around the corner..lol, what trust I had in IRCC!

honestly it’s crazy how March to June applicants are already getting oaths. Don’t worry my dumb ass thought I would get the certificate before December and went ahead and booked a Disney trip with no American visa or a valid PR card. When I realized this was taking longer than expected I applied to renew the card (that was in May) I just got my application sent back to me saying the pictures did not meet prerequisites…. That’s what I get for applying online.

There was no field available to attach medical records or procedure schedules. I'd notice that once I submitted, in the acknowledgment page, it said they'd reach out if any follow-ups and documents are necessary. I just put all the info in the webform in words.

I hope you get your PR card in time coz a Disney trip sounds awesome, and would be perfect after these stressful few months! Try to fit in a Universal trip too coz that is awesome too

Wow, 9 days to receive e-certificate? Did you delay sending the signed oath form? I want to know how long it took for you to get it after you sent them the signed oath form

Hi Everyone, Called ircc agent and they told me LPP was completed on Aug 20th, now waiting for Oath..
however .. my tracker still shows in progress LPP still not updated yet..
they said tracker will update soon.. i thought the tracker updates in real time...

Hey guys,
Just have a quick question. I don’t have a Canadian address anymore as I moved to the UK but I have not disclosed my UK address. My representatives address was everywhere, and a friends address was put as my residential address. I am signing the consent form right now and I don’t know which address to put. Will they be sending anything to a Canadian address, or should I just put my UK address?

IRCC has gone too far this time…

After the whole family is excited, we get a call voicemail less than 24 ours before our zoom oath ceremony saying its cancelled. Called to confirm and they said its true and office will reschedule in due time. Really can’t believe it!!!
