Update: They emailed back today saying I can take the test from Outside Canada! I didn't have to figure out how to reach the support center!

Hi All,

we submitted as a family of 4 our application in Dec. It was delivered on the 19th of Dec. We have not received an Aor yet. It was a resubmission as they asked for two additional documents to be added to the original pack. They sent the entire pack back, we added the documents and sent the pack back.

We have not received an Aor yet, is this something to worry about and should we be submitting another brand new application? We have checked our spam email folders too.

I don't think it is advisable to submit an another application when one is already under process. But you can go through this link

From the above link,

CIC has an obligation to avoid duplication of work or unnecessary costs in the processing of an application. Unless a client specifically requests CIC to process two or more applications at the same time, all applications will be held by CIC until processing on the initial application is completed. Applicants are encouraged to submit new applications only if they have new facts or evidence.

Hi Everyone, My BG was completed on the 27th of February. I had a GU on March 2nd. I still did not receive a test invite. Does it take this long normally or it is weird? I have seen people getting invites who applied later than me.

No. Although I need the passport for my job I haven’t applied for urgent processing. I was thinking of requesting for urgent processing after the test. I see that from test to oath takes the longest. Was wondering if that’ll make sense.
