I took the test same date with you but no official update on my tracker yet.

Quick update: My tracker shows "test completed" as of today. I really hope they carry this momentum into LPP!

I received my citizenship test email today. Since I am outside Canada, I followed the instructions and sent an email to the specified id with all my details and explained why I'd like to take the test from the US. Immediately, I got an automatic response saying, I will not receive a email response and that I should contact Client Support Center after 3 business days. When I search online, I only see phone numbers to contact Client Support Center if I were inside Canada. Does anyone know how to contact them if I were in the US?

Don't worry they will send another email in 1-2 days to confirm that you are outside of Canada. You do not need to call them.

If you need to call, use text now app. Will give you a canadian number when you can call for free. I use it when am not in Canada

Hi All,

we submitted as a family of 4 our application in Dec. It was delivered on the 19th of Dec. We have not received an Aor yet. It was a resubmission as they asked for two additional documents to be added to the original pack. They sent the entire pack back, we added the documents and sent the pack back.

We have not received an Aor yet, is this something to worry about and should we be submitting another brand new application? We have checked our spam email folders too.
