No actually, that's the part I was confused about as well. My portal also didn't show "Finger Prints required." I just received an email asking for FP, and I did my FP on Mar 6th, and now shows BG is completed.

Yes the photo of the ID is a tricky thing as most webcams are low resolution.

I can't agree with you more on this. It was longer than the actual test! But IRCC is fast when they reach out regarding blurry ID. Mine was processed in a day

Exactly!, the webcam resolution was not good so i tried my best to take a fine photo. And yeah it took more time thsn the actual test hahaha

Trying to call IRCC to get an idea on which office is processing my application. The automated buttons to get to Citizenship application status ends with "if you want to know the status of the citizenship grant application..." and I cannot reach an actual agent.

Can someone please shed some light on how to connect to a real agent?

I think 1 to enter UCI
Then another 1
Then 4 for citizenship application
Then 1
Sometime will tell you they cant take your call yes but other times they will
They also offer to avoid the queue and you can leave you number for a call back
