I think there was people send a email to follow up and tracker got updated. Maybe you can try too

Yes, it was marked completed on march 14th

No need for the e-mail to sit the test. You can sit the test anytime within your test window. Just follow the Cit Test link (link in signature)

I guess you can try to login on the day of the test (you will need your UCI and app#), if it works then it works and you can do the test.
1. Get your PR card ready, cz they will ask you to take a photo of it
2. A PC/laptop with cam, they will take random photos of you during the test .Make sure to login is using CHROME browser

I sent an email yesterday and received the following response:

Your test is in the processes of being review by and officer. They will contact you if there is any further documentation required.

Guys who sent an email did you get the same response? Please let me know if it’s normal or there is a problem?

I got the same response. Seems like officers are on "Spring Break"

For people wondering about the preparation, the test is pretty easy
you can get 15/20 without any preparation as most of it is just common sense
