How can you tell which office your application is being processed at? I was reading some other threads and people are mentioning where the application is being processed. Also, lot of people are mentioning Ottawa is slow, does anyone know how much slower and on what part of the process they are slow?

Test invite email address, GCMS notes or call to IRCC will help you get the processing office. Every step transition is slow. Background to Test to LPP to Oath. With other processing office you may see application approved within 6 months in some cases. Ottawa you are lucky if you get Test invite within that time.

Further to this , when i did my PR in 2018 , there was no need of biometrics and i never gave it.
For the citizenship do we need to provide that ?

My question is shall i wait for IRCC to ask for it ? or i should pay the fees "How to give your fingerprints and photo - Canada.ca " to process that.
Anyone had a similar situation ?

Wait for them to request it, as you will need the letter that comes with the request to give the fingerprints.

I’m continuation with the previous topic about fingerprints, do you think that they‘ll request for it again if we submitted this for PR? When we provided our biometrics, the receipt said it’s valid for 10 years. Any thoughts ?

Thanks. The biometrics- if given, for temporary residence is valid for 10 years. Looks like there is a tool to check the validity of the biometrics. It said that mine expired in Nov 2019.
