i have been trying to apply online but cant even create account. any tips?

I have no issues accessing the system using chrome on a Mac.
- Are you connected to a VPN? if so, try disconnecting.
- Try using incognito mode on the browser. Create a separate email account if your old email account is not working...
- Try creating the account on a mobile browser
- Try Firefox, Chrome, Safari - both in normal mode or incognito; clear cache and try again

Looks like the website does not like some passwords. However the error msg for it is not appropriately worded. Thanks.

It usually takes 48-72h... Keep trying. If it doesn't work after a week, contact them using web form (technical issues)

Hey! Question for Everyone.

Which is faster? Paper application or Online Application. I see it in the tracker that people who applied online, they are receiving AOR in 3 weeks of time but paper application are not moving. Also, when you apply for Paper application does the AOR come by post or by email?

Recently it is observed that Online Applications are moving quicker. Earlier it was otherwise.
