DECEMBER 2021 VISITOR VISA FILES

Hello

Applied for a visitor visa on Dec 12 for my spouse and no response after that.
Applied online from India
Review: Not started
Biometrics was done and updated on the GC key.
I am on PGWP in Canada

I have seen 2022 applications are getting procced and not DEC files. Is anyone on the same boat?
Raised multiple web forms but no update
what can I do now? can we reapply? if yes, how can we do it?
can we raise a new VV application even if we have another application in progress?

I would appreciate any suggestions.

I applied for my visitor visa on Dec 28th, 2021 and completed my biometrics on Jan 3rd, 2022. No update since then!
