Outland application
Application received: Dec 31, 2021
AOR: March 31, 2022
Biometrics request: April 7, 2022
Medical Request: April 8, 2022
Does anyone know when do we usually get SA?

I received SA/file transfer and medical same day. Can't finish medical sooner as no early appointmebts available in my area.

I am waiting for my medical exam in 2 weeks. My application says it is updated today but there are no lines added under APPLICATION HISTORY. Maybe they already started either Eligibility or Background Check?

It is usually 2 to 3 months for NDVO before PPR according to the tracker sheet. Please let us know what your PR Tracker says like background check started or not.

No, sponsor eligibility is completed on my end. However, according to PR Tracker, backgroundcheck will only start after medical. The status updates between gckey and PR Tracker are not same. I think the process for each applicant is little bit different depending on who is working on your file. For example, some people get Biometrics and Medical request before the file is transfered to VO and some people get these request after.

There is a ghost update from my PR Tracker 2 days ago and another ghost update today. The schedule of my medical exam is next week. I am assuming they are already starting either the Eligibility or Background Check for the PA while we wait for medical exam which explains why there are ghost updates.
