I think it must be your spouse’s UCI not your…have to wait until biometric and medical
No, the UCI listed here is Sponsor's UCI. You can see PA's UCI once you link the application through Gckey.
Received AOR and medical request on March 15, 2022. Applied online on December 22, 2021 (outland). I have previously given my biometrics for visitor visa, paid for biometrics again but didn't receive a letter whether I'm required to give my biometrics again or am i exempted. Can anyone show some light to it if they had the similar scenario?

You shouldn't need biometrics again, and you can safely just ignore what the tracker says - eventually it will likely show the date you gave and some numbers but don't worry.
Yes, I've double checked all of my information is correct. I've tried on 3 different days to link it, using up my 5 attempts each day. I also seem unable to create an account on the new tracking system (in addition to GCkey)
The same, I am not able to link my application on the online portal. Looks like it would take a week to reflect the details.
Anyways, I raised a technical issue with the website.

Try adding an extra person at the end. For example, if you are sponsoring only your wife then put 2 instead of 1 at the end. If you have one dependent then add 3, this may work. It worked for me.
To explain this a bit differently: for the purposes of getting into this system, include the sponsor. Eg sponsor plus applicant-spouse - 2. Sponsor plus spouse plus 2 children - 4.
Hello Everyone, I received the AOR email today for the outland paper application I submitted for my husband in Dec 2021. I just received the email, is that all I am going to receive? I tried to link my application to IRCC account after I got the email today but I wasn't able to, should wait for a couple of days and try to link?
