You will be able to track it by creating an account at https://cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login
But it needs a day time after receiving the AOR in order for it to be activated.

In addition, there were my UCI and application number (C & 9 digits) in both the email and attached pdf. The email that I received was:

Click on the drop down that says to me. You will see the ircc email. And if you want tobsee thr acknowledge of receipt Scroll to the bottom of the email and you will find an attachment
